Enter the maximum you're willing to pay. We bid on your behalf, only as much as needed to lead — if someone else's maximum tops yours, we'll notify you so you can raise it before the auction closes.
Win & Collect
The highest bid at close wins. You pay the final price (not necessarily your full maximum), then collect your lot from our Sharjah warehouse within 7 business days.
How Bidding Works
KAT Exchange runs open online proxy auctions. You set your maximum, we bid on your behalf, and the highest bid at close wins — you only ever pay what's needed to win, never more than your maximum.

Stay in the Lead
If someone else's maximum tops yours, we notify you instantly so you can raise it. Each step uses a set increment based on the current displayed price.

Reserve
Some lots carry a hidden reserve — the minimum the seller will accept. We show you the moment the reserve is met.
Win at the Final Price
When the auction closes, the highest bid wins. You pay the final displayed price (not necessarily your full maximum), plus a 12.5% buyer's premium and any applicable tax.

Collection & Pickup
Inventory is pre-positioned at our Sharjah warehouse for collection within 7 business days of payment. Packing, loading, transport, and any export or customs requirements are the buyer's responsibility.
